Mission Statement
Our mission is simple: To illustrate to buyers the redevelopment potential of the vendors land such that vendors can maximize their sale price, by empowering buyers to bid and buy with more confidence.

Design.Aid was founded when Petros recognised that most property owners sell their biggest asset without showcasing its true potential, leaving others to reap those rewards.
Witnessing family and friends go through this process and miss out on the possible financial gains, Petros made it his mission to aid property owners by providing them with unique products to assist them in capitalising on the potential site redevelopment and sale price of their property.
With expertise exceeding fifteen years in the design and building industry, along with a meticulous, solution driven and creative style, Petros addresses each project in a manner that provides desirable and feasible outcomes.
