COMPLETE JOB ORDER
Fill out the job order form with your site project details and preferred Design.Aid proposal, along with the payment. Design.Aid will manage the rest.

COMMENCE FEASIBILITY STUDY
Review your site constraints along with local council and State siting requirements.

SELECT DESIGN.AID PROPOSAL
Adopt customer preferred proposal. However, should Design.Aid determine that your selected option is not feasible, the most suitable alternative Design.Aid proposal will be adopted. If the alternative proposal is priced less, Design.Aid will refund you the difference.

PREPARE SCHEMATIC DESIGN
Develop schematic floor plans overlaid on your site (viewed as a vacant lot), along with a front elevation.

REVIEW INITIAL PROOF
A thorough in-house review of the prepared schematic design against our 'design checklist' to ensure quality control.

FINALISE AND ISSUE
Undertake any amendments, finalise and provide you with a digital copy of your Design.Aid proposal.

Is my lot suitable?
Not all lots will be suitable for a Design.Aid proposal. Please refer to the below minimum lot requirements in order to confirm suitability.
Lot size should be 550sqm or greater
Lot width should be 15.20m or greater
Lots within a heritage overlay are not suitable
Lot must be located within a Melbourne Metropolitan zone
Lots within an estate are only suitable for the 'Entertainer' solution
Suitable for lots that are vacant or developed within established areas

Additional Packages
Title & certificates
If you do not have a Section 32 available to upload for the preparation of your Design.Aid Proposal, consider purchasing the Essential Package.
The documents acquired are a minimum requirement to assist Design.Aid with completing their Feasibility Study and in addition, the listed documents can be provided to your registered conveyancer or legal practitioner to prepare your Section 32.
The Comprehensive Package includes both the benefits of the Essential Package along with two additional documents.
The additional documents acquired will provide further details and insight into assets within easements that may impact the Feasibility Study and in addition, the listed documents can be provided to your registered conveyancer or legal practitioner to prepare your Section 32.

If you would like to present your Design.Aid Proposal in a professional and polished manner, consider purchasing the A4 print package.
The plans and documents prepared will be packaged carefully to avoid creating any folds, and sent via express post to ensure your parcel is received by the next business day.
